Guidelines

• Vaginal birth - Programmes can start 2 weeks after birth
• Caesarean delivery - Programmes start once written approval from mums Doctor has been received, usually 6 weeks after delivery.

Embracing Motherhood Pregnancy Massage* 1 hr - from $90

Our therapists are specially trained in our signature pregnancy massage, using a combination of lymphatic drainage, gentle trigger point release and soothing soft tissue techniques specifically designed to safely and effectively care for pregnant women. Our Signature Pregnancy Massage helps with:

Our Therapists bring all equipment with them, including a massage table customised to be wider and softer for your comfort, allowing you to lie comfortably on your side, supported by pillows while your therapist works with you. Antenatal Midwife Support 1 hr - $135

For antenatal appointments, our midwife can talk to you and your partner about what to expect and plan strategies, coach your partner on how to support you during labour, teach you skills to help you cope in the early postnatal period and discuss different aspects of breastfeeding so you can plan ahead. You may like to see her again in the postnatal period, which is also available

For post-birth appointments, our Midwife can help with early parenting skills, guide you with infant care, offer support with lactation; help you with settling the baby and offer emotional support for both new parents.
